Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and above who are enrolled in an architecture degree in the United Kingdom.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 10th June 2024 and ending on 16th June 2024. All entries must be received by 16th June 2024 at 12:00am.
Entry Requirements: Entries must fulfill all competition requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Rees Architects.
Prize Details: The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by Rees Architects. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Rees Architects. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: A winner will be selected randomly under the supervision of Rees Architects. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram within 1 day following selection. Rees Architects is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters or other security settings or for incorrect contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the notification, or fails to return a completed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this competition, you grant Rees Architects and its licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use your entry, name, photo, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rees Architects and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.
Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this competition shall be resolved individually before a court located in the United Kingdom. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees.
By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and meet the eligibility requirements. You also accept the decisions of Rees Architects as final. By entering, you affirmatively accept and agree to all the Terms and Conditions.
